If you have done the troubleshooting and it is still not working, and your order was placed within the last 90 days, please email hello@agoodassday.com. If your order was placed over 90 days ago, we sell replacement pumps on our website.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please visit either the USPS or UPS website to enter your tracking information and check the status of your order.

  • If you ordered from TikTok, address changes need to be made directly by you through your TikTok Shop account.
  • If you ordered from our website or Etsy store, please email hello@agoodassday.com with your order number and updated address.

Please allow 48 hours for your package to arrive, even if the status says delivered. Sometimes, the mail system experiences delays, and the tracking may not reflect accurately. If your package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours, contact hello@agoodassday.com.
