If only it were a simple, straightforward answer. Which it could be, but I have a few things to say first!
When GAHD was launched, we offered the OG, which is scented with vanilla, and we ran with it. 300 bottles gone in the first 3 days!
The feedback was amazing and our people were raving… even those with BLACK hair! Wow! A white powdered dry shampoo that humans with dark hair were loving. I really and truly would not fib about this. I was so happy to hear it!
Six months went by, and we started to get some people who wanted something tinted, so I started formulating.
Got it!
Launched it,
Faaack, people are saying it smells! (It was the cacao).
Pull it!
Back to formulating…it took me months, but I was finally happy with it, and that is the dark formula we have today.
This all goes to say that you can't really go wrong in choosing which one is right for you. Maybe your hair is in the middle between blonde and brunette, but you don't like the smell of vanilla, so get dark! Perhaps vanilla is your favorite scent, but your hair is on the darker side. Get the OG!
Then refer to my many videos(& blog posts) about application! It's the most important thing about using dry shampoo, HANDS DOWN!
Don't be complaining about a white cast if you're applying like a wild animal.
