We do not accept returns or provide refunds, meaning no refunds or returns will be provided under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. This policy applies to all products and services purchased on our website or instore. Please carefully review your purchase details before completing your transaction as no exceptions will be made.
Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.
We offer a 30-day exchange policy. Please note that used products or exchanges based on scent or color preference are not accepted. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns.
